SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - SmartCraft ASA completes share buyback program
With reference to the share buyback program announced 8 May 2025,
SmartCraft ASA ("SmartCraft" or the "Company") (Ticker: SMCRT NO) has reached the buyback program's maximum consideration of NOK 20 million as of 15 July 2025.
Under the share buyback program the Company purchased 781,181 of its own shares in the period 8 May 2025 to 15 July 2025 at an average price of NOK 25.6021 per share for a total consideration of NOK 19,999,855.00.
From 10 July 2025 until 15 July 2025, SmartCraft has purchased a total of 23,676 own shares at an average price of NOK 27.4129 per share.
