AAC Clyde Space: INFLECION Financed - Redeye

Redeye returns with additional comments and revisions following AAC Clyde Space’s directed share issue to Bonnier Capital. We are encouraged by the transaction as it enables the company’s growth plans within Data & Services, lowers risk, and significantly improves its cap table. While we remain positive about the transaction as a whole, it has a dilutive effect on our fair value range.
