Alligator Bioscience: CFO Johan Giléus to Take Over as CEO - Redeye

Alligator Bioscience has appointed CFO Johan Giléus as CEO from 1 January 2027, with Søren Bregenholt stepping down at year-end. Redeye comments on the change, which we see as a logical consequence of the company's pivot to a passive HLX22 royalty holder.
