Alzinova: SEK50.1m rights issue announced - Redeye

Redeye leaves a comment following Alzinova’s announcement of a SEK50.1m rights issue. While a partnership-led financing would have been the preferred route, we view the rights issue as a necessary step to ensure the repayment of short-term loans, extend the company’s financial runway, and preserve strategic flexibility as it continues preparations for the phase II development of ALZ-101 and ongoing partnership discussions.
