Avtech: Christmas came early, with the second-largest contract in the Santa sack - Redeye

Avtech has secured its second-largest contract, signing an agreement with LATAM Airlines valued at EUR 10–15m annually. LATAM Airlines, the largest carrier in Latin America with a fleet of 341 aircraft, represents a major milestone for AVTECH, not only due to the size of the deal but also because it diversifies the company's historically Southwest-heavy customer base. This reduced concentration risk could lead to a lower equity risk premium being assigned to AVTECH. Redeye has increased its EBITDA forecast for AVTECH by 39-70% for 2025e–2028e and raised its fair value range by 20–50%. Redeye projects the stock to gain more than 50%.
