AVTECH: Key figures show a steady Q2 buried by the LATAM sell-off - Redeye

AVTECH presented its Q2 key figures yesterday, and operationally the quarter was steady: net sales rose 7% to SEK12.6m (1% above Redeye's estimate) and ARR grew 8%, though EBITDA came in 13% below estimate on step-up investment. The market has nonetheless sold the shares off on fears that LATAM is gone for good. Redeye thinks that loss is already largely in the price: at SEK4.7 the stock sits only marginally above the SEK3.5–4.5 Redeye reckons the business is worth without LATAM, and LATAM has signalled it intends to resume after the pause. Risk/reward has skewed positive, with a LATAM return the catalyst for a sharp re-rating.
