Binero Group: Acquires Hibox Systems Oy - Redeye

Today, Binero announced its acquisition of Hibox amounting to SEK75m, at multiples of 11x EBIT and 6.5x adj. EBIT, adding around 12% to 2026 top-line and EBIT. Redeye considers Hibox to be a good target for Binero, fitting well into the connected services segment while diversifying risks and enabling synergies. The acquisition will be financed through a directed share issue, a rights issue, debt and current means.
