Biovica: A new SEK 120m Rights Issue - Redeye

Biovica commits to a new partly guaranteed (84% covered by commitments, guarantees and undertakings) Right Ussue of units with preferential rights for existing shareholders corresponding to some SEK 120m gross. Biovica is about to be financed to cash break even by mid-2025.
