Bong: Challenging raw material costs - Redeye

Redeye is still hopeful about Bong’s recovery and prospects for sustainable profitability, mainly driven by lower Opex and strong growth in Light Packaging. We recognize that raw material costs have surged, causing Bong to announce significant price increases. We lower our earnings estimates for the current year as we expect some short-term pressure on gross margins. Our longer-term view is unchanged.
