Bredband2: Acquires Customer Base, Adding 1% to PF Sales - Redeye

Redeye is positive to Bredband2’s acquisition of 7k fibre customers from Folke AB, with yearly sales of SEK20m. We expect the acquisition to add around 1% to 2025 sales (pro forma). We find the acquisition value accretive, mainly based on attractive pricing at half of BRE2's current valuation multiples.
