CTEK (Q1 Review): Margin strength and strategic refocus - Redeye

CTEK delivered a relatively strong Q1 report despite continued weak end markets, with Consumer once again offsetting softness in Professional and EVSE. While sales came in below expectations, profitability, cash flow and margins were clearly ahead, supported by strong product mix and disciplined cost control. Importantly, management’s tone around the ongoing EVSE review appeared more decisive than initially communicated, reinforcing our view that CTEK is gradually evolving into a more focused premium low-voltage company. With leverage now below 1x EBITDA and several new products gaining traction, we believe the strategic setup heading into H2’26 looks increasingly attractive.
