CTEK (Q3 Update): Product launches in the spotlight - Redeye

Redeye updates its estimates and fair value range following CTEK’s Q3 report published on Thursday last week. We think that the Q3 numbers was somewhat blurred by Amazon’s changed purchasing pattern, which boosted Q3 sales significantly. We think the report also highlighted near-term market challenges in the US as well as the overall macroeconomic environment (which has been soft for some time). However, we think 2026 should be exciting for CTEK, where it should be able to start harvesting the benefits of its new product launches, which should drive organic growth and significantly scale margins by utilising existing sales channels.
