Dignitana: Paxman completes offer, as expected - Redeye

Redeye notes that Paxman completes the offer to Dignitana. Paxman estimates it will hold approximately 92.2% of the shares and votes in Dignitana following the offer's completion, which paves the way for a compulsory buyout of the remaining minority shares. The outcome was in line with our expectations. This means that each share in Dignitana will be converted into approximately 0.307 newly issued shares in Paxman.
