Enviro: Court approves continued reconstruction process - Redeye

Enviro has received continued support for its restructuring process after the Gothenburg District Court decided that the reconstruction will proceed as planned. The decision was in line with our expectations, and we view it positively that the court considers there to be conditions for a viable restructuring. According to the ruling, Enviro has presented sufficient circumstances to demonstrate that the reconstruction is currently viable, reducing short-term uncertainty and giving the company additional time to implement measures aimed at securing a long-term sustainable business.
