IRRAS: Stuck between a rock and a hard place – risk of insolvency - Redeye

Redeye comments on the precarious situation IRRAS is currently in: quickly running out of cash, with a bridge loan to be repaid on September 15, putting the company at risk of turning insolvent – should the current take-over bid not succeed. This a rather odd situation, as the shareholders reluctant to the bid run the risk of a total wipe-out, considering that IR Holding will not increase the offer price.
