KDventures: Impressive but Dilutive Equity Issue for AnaCardio - Redeye

KDventures' portfolio company AnaCardio has agreed to a EUR62.5m Series B financing round to fund a phase IIb study of the heart-failure candidate AC01. KDventures is not participating, and its fully diluted stake falls from around 10% to approximately 2.3%.
