Mendus: Announces directed share issue - Redeye

Redeye comments on Mendus announcing a directed share issue. We judge the capital raise occurred at decent terms and appreciate major shareholders and insiders participating. Given Mendus’ previous financing runway of Q1 2026e, we believe a capital raise was expected. As we already modelled some dilution in our projections, we make minimal changes to our estimates and valuation.
