Nitro Games: Rights issue plans announced - Redeye

Redeye comments on today’s news from Nitro Games, where the company announced plans to arrange a rights issue which, if fully subscribed, will bring SEK77.4m before issue costs. The rights issue is secured to 60% (SEK46.5m), and the company has secured a bridge loan of SEK23m to be repaid in connection with the rights issue.
