Sdiptech (Q1 review): Strategic pivot completed, growth engine restarted - Redeye

Redeye updates its estimates and valuation of Sdiptech following the Q1 2026 report. The underlying financial performance was solid and in line with our expectations, with organic sales growth of +6%. Additionally, the company made good progress on the divestment process, with 10 of 11 businesses in the other segment now divested, which we think will be well received by investors. We make minor changes to our estimates and valuation, reflecting a more positive view of the completed divestments and the strengthened capital structure.
