Siili Solutions: CEO leaves - replacement process started - SEB

Siili’s CEO Tomi Pienimäki is leaving his position. Markku Savusalo has been appointed as interim CEO. Savusalo, who currently leads the Digital Engineering business, has served Siili since 2015. According to Siili CoB, the focus is on strategy implementation, customer value creation and internationalisation to accelerate profitable growth. Given the company has seen organic sales decline since H2/23 and the share is trading close to ATL, we do not find the move surprising.
