Synthetic MR: Fully secured rights issue - SEB

Last evening, SyntheticMR announced a fully secured preferential rights issue of SEK 33m. The subscription price is SEK 1.1 and the dilution is 33%. After the rights issue, the enterprise value before the share issue, all else equal, motivates a value per share of SEK 1.20. The current cash position has been weakening during the year and this gives the company breathing room and extends time to turn growth around and reach cash flow break-even.
