Thomas von Koch becoming controlling shareholder in Bactiguard - SEB

Based on a press release, we note that the founder and Chairman of the Board of Bactiguard, Thomas von Koch, has bought co-founder Christian Kinch’s shares (2m class A shares and 4.1m class B shares). The transaction was made after market close on 27 August at a premium of 56% vs. the Bactiguard share price on 27 August. Post-transaction, this means that Thomas von Koch owns 44% of the capital and 72% of votes in Bactiguard.
