Strategic review completed - one more divestment announced

The company announced today that it has completed the strategic review that involved evaluating opportunities to increase shareholder value. Several actions have been taken, including the five divestments announced in December 2023, the divestment of 20 companies within Lakers in April 2023, as well as intentions to redeem the SEK 900m bond maturing in October 2024 with bank financing and cash. In addition to this, the company announced today that it will divest an additional company within the Service segment (Plåtslagaren G.H., that generated ~SEK 100m sales in 2023). This divestment is expected to close in April 2024 and not have any material impact on earnings according to management. The company says that it is not actively, or planning on, divesting any further companies.
