Xplora: Completes emporia acquisition - Redeye

Xplora has completed the bolt-on acquisition of emporia, assuming responsibility for emporia's debt obligations at an implied enterprise value of approximately EUR9.7m (NOK104m). Including EUR3m of additional working capital financing, the implied EV/S multiple ranges from 0.42x to 0.55x on emporia's FY2025 revenue of EUR23m (NOK247m). Redeye views these terms as comparably attractive to those of the Doro acquisition, and the announcement removes any doubt Xplora might overpay.
