Changes in Asker’s Group Management Team
Lovisa Hedin, currently M&A Director at Asker has been appointed new Head of M&A as of 1 April and Kerstin Mjömark, currently Head of HR, has been appointed Head of HR and ESG from the same date. Ola Nordh, currently Head of M&A, and Sanna Norman, currently Head of ESG will leave Asker later this year after ensuring a smooth transition.

Lovisa Hedin has significant M&A experience and has since 2022 been part of Asker’s M&A team. She has previously worked with M&A at Ambea and Clearwater International. Lovisa has a B.Sc. degree in Business & Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

From initially having all resources centrally, the ESG work and progress is now mainly integrated into the local businesses with central initiatives focused on supporting the organisation in upholding high standards and CSRD reporting. As many ESG areas are closely linked to our employees and our culture, and given Kerstin Mjömark’s strong background of senior positions in HR and ESG work, from among other Boliden, I’m convinced Kerstin is the right person to lead the ESG team going forward, to ensure we deliver on our 2030 targets and beyond”, says Johan Falk.
