Corem divests a property in Linköping for SEK 160 million

Corem has signed an agreement to sell the property Brevduvan 21 in central Linköping at an underlying property value of SEK 160 million.

The property comprises approximately 9,600 sq.m. of lettable area, primarily office space, with an annual rental value of approximately SEK 16 million.

“The divestment is in line with our ambition to continue releasing capital and reducing indebtedness,” says Peeter Kinnunen, Head of Transactions at Corem.

The property is scheduled to be transferred to the buyer on 2 November 2026.
