DOVRE GROUP’S ANNUAL REPORT 2025 PUBLISHED

Dovre Group’s Annual Report for 2025 has been published today and is available at www.dovregroup.com -> Investors. 

The Annual Report includes the CEO’s review, the Report of the Board of Directors, the statement of non-financial information, the consolidated and parent company financial statements, the auditor’s report, and the Corporate Governance Statement.

Dovre Group publishes its consolidated financial statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements as an xHTML file. In accordance with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements of the consolidated financial statements are tagged with XBRL tags and the notes are tagged using XBRL block tagging. The audit firm BDO Oy has provided an independent reasonable assurance report on the Finnish-language ESEF financial statements prepared by Dovre Group. The assurance engagement has been performed in accordance with the international assurance standard ISAE 3000.

In addition, Dovre Group has today published the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report for 2025.
