Eastnine extends and expands lease agreement with Vinted in Vilnius

Eastnine has extended and expanded the lease agreement with Vinted in the Uptown Park property in Vilnius. The agreement runs for seven years until 2032 and covers approximately 12,600 sq.m.

The lease means that Vinted will occupy the entire office property and increase the areas by approximately 3,000 sq.m. to a total of approximately 12,600 sq.m. The new agreement will enter into force gradually until May 2026. The Uptown Park property will thus continue to be fully leased for an additional seven years.

Headquartered in Eastnine's Uptown Park property, Vinted is the leading second-hand fashion marketplace in Europe and a go-to destination for all kinds of second-hand items. The Uptown Park property, which Eastnine acquired in 2021, is certified LEED Platinum and located in Vilnius, close to the central station and the Old Town, in an area that attracts many tech companies.
