Change in the number of shares and votes in Truecaller AB

In accordance with the resolution of the Extraordinary general meeting on 10 September 2026, Truecaller AB has during September 2026 cancelled 24,185,040 own Class B shares repurchased under the company’s buyback program.

As of 30 September 2026, the number of shares in the company amounts to a total of 313,330,755, representing a total of 734,384,955 votes, divided into 46,783,800 Class A shares with ten votes each, 264,457,457 Class B shares with one vote each and 2,089,498 Class C shares with one vote each.
