Formpipe Software AB (publ) announces information brochure in connection with voluntary share redemption program

The Annual General Meeting of Formpipe Software AB (publ) (“Formpipe” or the “Company”) on 29 April 2026 resolved, in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, on a voluntary share redemption program, comprising a reduction of the share capital for repayment to the shareholders and a bonus issue without the issuance of new shares (the "Redemption Program"). Formpipe has prepared an information brochure (the "Information Brochure") in connection with the Redemption Program.

In connection with the Redemption Program, the Company has prepared the Information Brochure which describes in further detail the Redemption Program and how shareholders may exercise their rights under the Redemption Program.

The Information Brochure and application forms are as of today available on the Company's website (https://ir.formpipe.com/investors/redemptionshares/). The documents are also expected to be distributed by mail to directly registered shareholders around 6 May 2026.
