Freetrailer Group A/S – Reporting Form regarding PDMR Transaction of 26 September 2025

Following Freetrailer Group A/S’ announcement of 26 September 2025, regarding a transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities in Freetrailer Group A/S, the notification form submitted to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority on 26 September 2025 is hereby attached.

This clarification is made in accordance with Article 19(15) of the Market Abuse Regulation regarding the standard form for the disclosure of transactions carried out by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
