H100 Group AB (“H100” or the “Company”) announces that primary insiders have acquired shares in the Company. On 19 January 2026, Sander Andersen, Chairman of the Board of H100, has through Growthiogen Invest AS acquired a total of 50,000 shares in H100 at an average price of SEK 1,90 per share.

Following this transaction, Sander Andersen together with Growthiogen Invest AS holds a total of 19,435,078 shares in H100 Group AB.
