H100 Group AB (“H100” or the “Company”) has acquired an additional 102.19 Bitcoin as part of its Bitcoin Treasury Strategy. This includes BTC received as part of the proceeds from the Company’s convertible loan agreements.

Number of Bitcoin Purchased: 102.19 BTC

Average Purchase Price: Approx. SEK 1,158,467.11

Total Consideration: Approx. SEK 118,380,624.39

Total Bitcoin Holdings Post-Purchase: 911.29
