H100 Group AB (“H100” or the “Company”) has acquired an additional 17.47 Bitcoin as part of its Bitcoin Treasury Strategy. This includes BTC received as part of the proceeds from the Company’s convertible loan agreements.

Average Purchase Price: Approx. SEK 1,132,818

Total Consideration: Approx. SEK 19,799,520

Total Bitcoin Holdings Post-Purchase: 702.60
