INSIDE INFORMATION: Tecnotree Signs Agreement for Digital BSS Transformation in South Africa

Tecnotree Corporation ("Tecnotree") has signed a final agreement with one of South Africa's leading telecommunications operators for a comprehensive digital BSS transformation project. This marks a new phase in a long-standing partnership, building on several successful projects delivered by Tecnotree over recent years across the region. 

The value of the agreement is approximately EUR 39.6 million over seven years, which consists of software licenses, maintenance and implementation of Tecnotree's full digital BSS stack empowered with AI capabilities across customer and revenue management, as well as business enablement domains. 

This agreement represents a strategic continuation by the company towards reducing its exposure to frontier markets. 

We expect to recognize the first revenue from this contract in the second quarter of 2025. 

Tecnotree maintains its current guidance.
