K-Fast Holding AB (publ) publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading of bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm’s sustainable bond list

On 3 July 2025, K-Fast Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”, “K-Fastigheter”) issued senior unsecured green bonds (ISIN: SE0017105505) in the amount of SEK 500,000,000 within a framework amount of SEK 1,000,000,000 (the “Green Bonds”). As of 31 July 2025, the Green Bonds are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions for the Green Bonds, K-Fastigheter has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the Green Bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. For this purpose, the Company has prepared a prospectus that today was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). The prospectus is available on the Company’s website (www.k-fastigheter.se) and will also be published on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se). An application for admission to trading on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm will be submitted and the first day of trading is expected to be on or around 28 October 2025.
