Selected shareholders, Board and management of Loyal Solutions A/S to initiate strategic review

Selected shareholders together with the Company´s  Board of Directors and management are planning to initiate a comprehensive review of the current capital structure to ensure the best possible balance between financial robustness, future growth and cost efficiency aimed at supporting the successful implementation of the Company's strategic plan.

The review, for which the Company has retained advisors, will likely include conversations with potential investors and/or other initiatives. There is no certainty that the review will result in any transaction.

No decisions have been made at this time. Management expects to report on any recommendations or decisions later in the year.The company will continuously monitor the market situation and will inform about any specific measures once they have been decided.
