Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, notice is hereby given that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskap A/S on 10 July 2025 informed Matas A/S that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskap A/S effective 9 July 2025 holds more than 5% of the voting rights of Matas A/S.

BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskap A/S disclosed total aggregated holding of 1,917,311 voting rights, corresponding to 5.01% of the voting rights in Matas A/S.

BI Asset Management funds and investments associations holds an aggregated 1,917,311 shares, corresponding to 5.01% of the total shares, through the following investment funds and investment associations:
