With reference to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Market Act, Gubra A/S has been informed that Arbejdsmarkedets Tillægspension (ATP) has crossed the 5% threshold for voting rights and share capital in Gubra A/S. ATP now holds 816,500 shares corresponding to 4.99% of total shares and voting rights in Gubra A/S.
