MindArk Interim Report Q1 2025

MindArk PE AB (publ) ("MindArk", the "Company") hereby announces that the Company's interim report for Q1 2025 has been published.

Comment from acting CEO Leif Evander Andersson:
"With major updates like Howling Universe and the launch of ARIS, we’re accelerating innovation in Entropia Universe while staying closely attuned to the feedback from our valued community. Despite short-term challenges in the US market, strategic investments in AI and organizational efficiency position us strongly for long-term growth."

• Capitalized work amounted to 4.8 MSEK (5 MSEK)
• Operating profit amounted to -4.9 MSEK (1.1 MSEK)
• Profit before tax amounted to -2.6 MSEK (88 TSEK)
• Cash & cash equivalents including short-term investments 27.3 MSEK
• No interest-bearing liabilities
• Provision for unconsumed user holdings 32.5 MSEK
• Earnings per share for the period amounted to -0.08 SEK (-0.07 SEK)

Significant events during Q1
No significant event has occurred during the quarter.

Significant events after the end of the reporting period
Leif Evander Andersson took up the position of CEO on 23 April 2025, having been acting CEO since 27 March 2024.

Auditor
