MyFirstApp's directed share issue registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office

The Swedish Companies Registration Office has now registered the previously communicated (7 February 2024) directed new share issue of 160,000 shares at a subscription price of SEK 2.50 per share with a nominal value of SEK 0.139 per share to, which corresponds to a total value of SEK 400,000 to IR-Partner AB.

The registration increases the company's number of shares from 3,609,299 to 3,769,299. The company's share capital will increase by SEK 22,164.969, to a total of SEK 522,164.969.
