NEW SHARES OF TECNOTREE HAVE BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE TRADE REGISTER AND TECNOTREE APPLIES FOR THE LISTING OF THE NEW SHARES

Tecnotree Corporation Stock Exchange Release 15 September 2026 at 18:00 EEST

Tecnotree Corporation (“Tecnotree” or the “Company“) announced on 20 August 2026 that the Board of Directors of Tecnotree has on 20 August 2026 resolved to accept share subscription based on the conversion of the Compulsory Convertible Debentures issued on 22 June 2023 (“CCD Notes”) pursuant to the conversion request received by the Company.  In the said share subscription, the lender of the CCD Notes subscribed a total number of 18 105 new shares (the "New Shares") in the Company by exercising special rights issued in connection with the CCD Notes (“Share Subscription”).

The New Shares have been registered with the Trade Register today on 15 September 2026. Following the registration of the New Shares with the Trade Register, the Company has a total of 22 852 878 shares. Tecnotree shall apply for the admission of the New Shares to public trading on the stock exchange list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd in the same class as the Company's existing shares. Trading is expected to commence on approximately 16 September 2026, provided that Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd approves the listing application for the New Shares.
