Optomed’s financial reporting in 2026
Optomed Plc will release its Financial Statement Bulletin, Half-Year Financial Report and Interim Reports in 2026 as follows:
- Financial Statement Bulletin for 1 January – 31 December 2025, 10 February 2026
- Interim Report for 1 January – 31 March 2026, 6 May 2026
- Half-Year Financial Report for 1 January – 30 June 2026, 14 August 2026
- Interim Report for 1 January – 30 September 2026, 6 November 2026
Annual Report 2025, which includes the company’s financial statements, the report of the Board of Directors, the corporate governance statement and the remuneration report, will be published during the week starting on 23 February 2026 at the latest.
Optomed’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 8 May 2026 in the Helsinki region, Finland. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately at a later date.
A shareholder who requests a certain issue belonging to the General Meeting to be included on the agenda of the meeting, is asked to notify the Board of Directors in writing by post Optomed Plc, Yrttipellontie 1, FI-90230 Oulu, Finland no later than 13 March 2026.
