Nian AS, a related party to Nils K. Selte, President and CEO of Orkla, has on 14 November 2025 bought 15,000 shares in Orkla ASA at a price of NOK 106.1961 per share. The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Selte and related parties own 268,000 shares in Orkla.
