Orkla's Board of Directors and Chair of the Board of Directors elected

The Annual General Meeting of Orkla ASA was held today. All Board members were up for election.

The following Board members were re-elected for one year:
Stein Erik Hagen, Liselott Kilaas, Peter Agnefjäll, Christina Fagerberg, Rolv Erik Ryssdal, Caroline Hagen Kjos and Bengt Rem.

Stein Erik Hagen was elected as Chair of the Board of Directors, as proposed by the nomination committee.
