Polymer Factory Sweden AB trademark SpheriCal® is registered in the USA

Polymer Factory has received news that the trademark SpheriCal® is registered and approved for use in the USA as of January 24, 2023.

As a step to strengthen the products’ image and recognition, Polymer Factory has registered the trademark SpheriCal® in several different geographies. The Company has now received the registration certificate from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for the trademark in the United States.

The application was approved, and the trademark was published by the USPTO in December 2022, with a period of 30 days for third parties to oppose the approval. With no third-party opposition, the trademark SpheriCal® was registered as of January 24, 2023.

The USA is one of Polymer Factory’s most important markets and accounted for approx. 50% of sales in 2022.
