Posti's Shareholders' Nomination Board 2025 has been appointed

According to the Charter of Posti’s Shareholders’ Nomination Board, the three largest shareholders of the Company are each entitled to appoint one member to the Shareholders' Nomination Board. The largest shareholders are determined based on holdings in the shareholders' register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd. The due date in 2025 was exceptionally 17 November 2025 due to the recent listing of the company's shares on Nasdaq Helsinki Stock Exchange in October 2025. Going forward, the company's largest shareholders will be determined based on holdings registered on the first banking day of June each year.

Composition of the Nomination Board in 2025

• Maija Strandberg, M.Sc. (Econ.), Director General, Prime Minister's Office, Ownership Steering Department
• Annika Ekman, M.Sc. (Econ.), EVP, Investments, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company
• Erkka Kohonen, M.Sc. (Econ.), Senior Portfolio Manager, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company

The three shareholders having nominated the Nomination Board members represent approximately 73 per cent of all the shares and votes in the company.

Posti Group Oyj’s Chair of the Board of Directors, Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae, acts as the Nomination Board's expert in accordance with the Charter of the Nomination Board.

The Nomination Board’s task is to prepare and present proposals for the Annual General Meeting 2026 on the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors, the number of members of the Board of Directors, and the composition of the Board of Directors.
