Public Property Invest ASA – Minutes from extraordinary general meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Public Property Invest ASA ("PPI" or the "Company") on 9 December 2025, informing of that all matters on the agenda for the Company's extraordinary general meeting held in connection with the acquisition of a social infrastructure portfolio from Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) were approved in accordance with the proposals from the board of directors.

The minutes from the extraordinary general meeting is attached hereto, and is also available under the "Investor" section on the Company's website https://publicproperty.no.
