Redemption of C-shares in Nordnet

Yesterday, the board of Nordnet AB (publ) (”Nordnet”) resolved to redeem a total of 1,501,077 C-shares issued under Nordnet’s long-term incentive program for 2025 and held in treasury by Nordnet. The redemption is carried out in accordance with Nordnet’s articles of association.
