Saga Pure ASA - New share capital registered

Saga Pure ASA (SAGA) (the “Company”) refers to the stock exchange announcement on 2 December 2025 in connection with the private placement (the "Private Placement") of 100,000,000 new shares in the Company (the "New Shares").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issue of the New Shares is today registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK 6,748,784.23, divided into 674,878,423 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.

Following registration in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS), the New Shares will be delivered on a separate, temporary ISIN pending approval of a prospectus by Finanstilsynet (the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) and will not be listed or tradable until the prospectus is published.
